Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped in-house. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing before your order ships.
Shipping Rate
All orders ship at a flat rate of $14.95, regardless of order size or destination within the United States.
Shipping Area
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier and are not guaranteed. Chicagoland Peptides is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed off for shipment.
Order Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Chicagoland Peptides is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier's tracking information but reported as lost or stolen after delivery. Contact the carrier directly to file a claim in these cases.
Storage
Products do not require refrigeration or cold-pack shipping. Store products as directed on the Certificate of Analysis and product label upon receipt.
